Job Description
MercyOne Des Moines is looking for an INPATIENT LOCUM TO PERM provider
THIS JOB SHOULD NOT BE POSTED ON EXTERNAL JOB SITES (ie. Indeed Zip Recruiter etc.)
- January 2025 ongoing
- 24 hour call 7a7a
- Hospital based coverage
- ERCP required; EUS highly preferred
- Perform 34 outpatient procedures per day inpatient procedures and consults
- Adult only
- EMR: Cerner

Rates needed for Submission:
- Malpractice (must be included in rates)
- Orientation
- On Call (Daily)
- Call Back
- Holiday (1.5x)
- Conversion Fee (BRk rate cap)
Requirement description : **ALL ITEMS MUST BE LISTED IN NAME CLEAR TO AVOID BEING REDIRECTED**
- Must be interested in Locum to Perm
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 3 years of Residency Required
- Active IA License or IMLC Required
- ACLS Required
- Provider must be willing/able to work inpatient Required
- ERCP Required
- EUS highly preferred
- COVID Vaccine Required
- Clean Malpractice/Background Strongly Preferred (Documentation for any settled/pending cases must be uploaded at time of name clear)
