Job Description
Allied Behavioral Health Solutions is a locally owned organization focusing on serving individuals families and communities to create better outcomes for all. Increasing access to highquality behavioral health services is one of our contributions to these better outcomes. Our staff specialize in a variety of topics and treatment methods to allow us to meet every client wherever they may be. ABHS consists of a closely connected core group of therapists who collaborate and support each others professional goals.

We provide paid clinical supervision for prelicensure clinicians a yearly continuing education/materials stipend paid trainings in evidencebased practices paid orientation to the position flexible scheduling with workfromhome and telehealth options and our administrative staff provides insurance credentialing and support in client management scheduling and billing. PTO and benefits are also available for fulltime staff.
The primary function of this position is to provide individual couples family and group counseling for adultaged clients.
Reports to: Team Coordinator
Primary Responsibilities

Provide individual/family/group counseling services utilizing evidencebased practices for approximately 25 sessions a week with some evening availability.

Commitment to learning and utilizing a variety of evidencebased practices including but not limited to TFCBT CPP CPCCBT and/or DBT.

Provide education regarding behavioral health needs to staff and families as needed.

Appropriately assess and diagnose identified client per insurance requirements.

Develop appropriate treatment plans for identified client(s).

Maintain timely session and billing documentation.

Participate actively in a growing relationshipfocused practice with a high volume of referrals
Minimum Requirements:

Masters in Counseling Social Work or related discipline.

Must be eligible to obtain temporary LPC or LMSW within six months of hiring. Must be committed to seeking independent licensure as an LPCMHSP or LCSW within a reasonable timeline. LPCMHSP or LCSW licensure is preferred.

Experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Proficiency in Microsoft OFFICE including Word Outlook and Excel.

Experience working in a medical and/or clinical setting is preferred.
