Job Description
The Marketing/Proposal Coordinator at Design Tree Engineering and Land Surveying plays a key role in driving new business and supporting our growth objectives through highquality proposal submissions and targeted marketing efforts. This role involves coordinating the proposal process from opportunity tracking through final submission collaborating across departments to deliver compliant compelling proposals and presentations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fastpaced environment managing multiple deadlines with a proactive teamoriented approach. Design Tree has established CRM processes and proposal tools that the Marketing/Proposal Coordinator can work within to collaborate and generate content. The position will have flexibility to advance the use of these processes and tools while working within established programs.
