- Assist in developing the Strategic Sales Plan for assigned segments
- Achieve objectives established in the Organisations Strategic Plan
People Management
- Maintain seamless coordination with all departments
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and other departments
- Motivate and develop team to ensure smooth functioning and promote teamwork
Financial Management
- Identify optimal costeffective use of resources
Operational Management
- Prepare and conduct sales presentations for targeted markets
- Submit regular reports on sales activities forecasts and customer feedback
- Contribute to increasing business volume
- Prepare annual sales goals and develop working plans to achieve them
Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and adhere to safety guidelines
