Job Description

Department Treasury Services
Responsibility:
- Responsible for organizing and conducting work related to the first line of defense in the financial market including but not limited to monitoring trading activities transaction limits risk limit and margin management.
- Implement risk management duty related to operational risk compliance risk credit risk technology risk and other major risks.
- Coordinate the relevant work of agreement negotiation drafting and revision including but not limited in ISDA CSA and other trading agreements and documents etc.
- Cooperate with the compliance and internal control work of the 2nd defense line and various business management requirement from Head office.
- Coordinate with head office business management risk management audits and middle office.
- Responsible for leading the development and revision of business processes and procedures.
- Conduct business analysis (financial data dimensions).
- Departmental document management.
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
Qualification:
- At least 5 years of work experience in banking or financial industry with experience in the first line of defense second line of defense business management or negotiation and signing of trading legal agreements (ISDA CSA etc.)
- Familiarity with major risk categories in commercial banks and understanding regulatory policies of local authorities.
- Understanding the principles and requirements for identifying and monitoring major risks in financial market business.
- Solid foundations in law finance economics accounting or related fields with strong learning abilities.
Requirements: Bachelor s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or related field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ICAAP, risk management, or regulatory reporting Solid understanding of the ICAAP rules and regulations and their application to the organization Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
