Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Senior System Administrator to provide exceptional desktop support and technical assistance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting software installations and customer service. This role involves direct interaction with both technical and nontechnical users ensuring smooth operations and effective solutions for IT issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support for desktop environments.
- Utilize knowledge of Windows OS & M365 for effective troubleshooting and support.
- Image and provision new hardware ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Document work activities in ServiceNow and track onboarding and shipping activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to test software upgrades and provide feedback.
