Be part of our client s team as an ICT Support Officer where youll provide essential IT support troubleshoot hardware and software issues manage network infrastructure and optimize system security. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations for a company that delivers precisionengineered staircases across Australia.
Your Work Setup & Career Details
Shift: Shifting Schedule (Open to a 4x10 work setup with 3 days off: FriSatSun)
Work Setup: Hybrid (Makati)
- Provide timely and effective technical assistance support and training to endusers.
- Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues resolving them promptly to minimize downtime.
- Set up install configure and manage new and existing hardware and users and perform network maintenance in accordance with company procedures and security guidelines.
- Maintain and manage all company ICT infrastructure and platforms including video conferencing VOIP communication WAN and network services as well as cloud and local services and related service provider plans.
- Manage all system backups (including CNC machines) related retrieval and disaster recovery processes.
- Administer Microsoft O365 Admin Centre including PowerShell licensing site and library access security while continuously improving the enduser experience.
- Stay updated with IT developments and assess how they can benefit the company.
- Assist GSM with Netsuite backend maintenance including reviewing and maintaining existing scripts and workflows using JavaScript.
- Provide GSM support for integration requirements between Netsuite and other platforms.
Requirements
The Skills & Expertise You Need to Excel
- 35 years of experience in scripting.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript with exposure to NetSuite (NetSuite Administrator required).
- Certified NetSuite Professional (Preferred).
- NetSuite Certification (Nice to have).
- Experience with Power BI and API integration (Nice to have).
- Excellent communication skills.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in PowerShell and JavaScript.
- Proven experience in IT support.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Experience in change management and its implementation across business and IT systems.
- NetSuite experience (Preferred).
Personal Attributes:
- Strong analytical and interpretative skills in IT management with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to users at all IT proficiency levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to demonstrate patience and provide IT support in a userfriendly manner.
- Handson motivated and adaptable to various tasks and challenges.
- Strong lateral thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Education & Training:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
