companys competitive positioning in the NVOCC and freight forwarding sectors.
2. Cultivate strong lasting relationships with key stakeholders including exporters shipping lines and international agents to foster collaboration and build a robust client base.
3. Achieve a gross profit of at least 3 time of monthly salary.
4. Develop and maintain a substantial portfolio of potential customers for the company. Prepare and present sales
reports forecasts and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the senior management.
5. Coordinate with operations customer service and documentation teams to ensure seamless delivery of
services.
6. Mentor junior sales staff sharing industry knowledge and best practices to improve overall team performance.
Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities by analyzing trends understanding client needs and
customizing solutions to meet unique business requirements.
7. Represent the company at trade shows exhibitions and client meetings to enhance visibility and networking.
8. Gather client feedback and share insights with relevant teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
BACHELORS DEGREE OR EQUIVALENT
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
