Independent Sales Agent (Remote/Hybrid Within 2 Hours of Sales Office)

About the Role

As an Independent Sales Agent youll take the lead in driving new business opportunities negotiating contracts and identifying upsell potential. Youll work closely with the Director of Operations to develop accurate project estimates and ensure seamless deal execution. This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional looking for a commission model that rewards both new sales and ongoing revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive renewals and upsells.
  • Negotiate contracts with a focus on maximizing profitability and longterm growth.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to structure accurate project estimates and proposals.
  • Track sales activity to ensure commission eligibility.
  • Operate as a 1099 independent contractor working independently while staying aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven success in B2B sales business development or a similar role.
  • Strong ability to generate leads negotiate deals and close contracts.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in commissionbased or performancedriven sales preferred.
  • Must be located within 2 hours of the sales office to maintain local market connections.
