Independent Sales Agent (Remote/Hybrid Local Candidates Preferred)

About the Role

Youll work closely with the Director of Operations to develop accurate project estimates and identify upsell opportunities that maximize revenue. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and close new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Develop strong relationships to drive renewals and upsells.
  • Negotiate contracts that align with company profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to ensure accurate pricing and proposals.
  • Maintain detailed sales records to track commission eligibility.
  • Operate as a 1099 independent contractor while aligning with company growth objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record in B2B sales business development or a related role.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a resultsdriven mindset.
  • Selfmotivated and comfortable managing the full sales cycle independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in commissionbased or performancedriven sales preferred.
  • Must be local to the area though the role offers remote/hybrid flexibility.
