Candidates must be local to Boston area or in driving distance and willing to go onsite when needed.

- Someone who can sit with the users watch their workflow listen to their problems come up with ideas
- Must have healthcare experience
- Document issues
- Get their hands into the product
- Salesforce background or CRM background works will need to learn this
- This person has to have a knack for QA
- Do test each thing that goes out but dont have test scripts/regression testing. They want to implement this in their org
- Agile experience
- Soft skills:
- Attention to detail is important here
- Want someone who is collaborative and can bring the team together
