1. Database Management Systems (DBMS) Knowledge
2. Database Design and Architecture
o Experience in database schema design normalization and indexing.
o Understanding of database models (relational NoSQL).
3. Performance Tuning and Optimization
4. Backup and Recovery
o Proficiency in backup strategies recovery models and disaster recovery planning.
o Experience with tools and techniques for data restoration.
5. Scripting and Automation
o Proficiency in scripting languages like TSQL PL/SQL or PowerShell.
o Experience in automating routine tasks and maintenance procedures.
6. High Availability and Replication
o Knowledge of clustering replication log shipping and Always On Availability Groups.
o Experience in configuring and managing high availability solutions.
