Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated MSP Tier 2 Remote Technician to become an essential part of our team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to thrive in a fastpaced environment providing crucial onsite support across our diverse client base in the San Diego area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in of Microsoft Windows macOS and Linux
- Knowledge of Windows PowerShell & Command line troubleshooting
- Experience with Linux & Linux Command Line
- Understanding of Windows Server Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy
- Familiarity with Hypervisors (VMWare ESX HyperV Proxmox)
- Understanding of TCP/IP DNS and DHCP
- Experience in Firewall Management VLANS and VPN
- Experience with VOIP System Management & Troubleshooting
- Familiarity with diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Experience with hardware installation and configuration
- Familiarity with Printer Management including configurations and driver installation.
- Experience with Managed Antivirus EDR MFA SSO
- Knowledge of RMM Systems
- Experience working with PowerShell & Batch Scripts
- Understanding of Backup and Disaster Recovery Systems
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AzureAWSVultr)
- Experience in Office 365/Google Workspace Management and Administration
- Experience with Managed Antivirus EDR MFA SSO SSL/TLS
- CompTIA A Network a bonus
