Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Centerless Grinding Machine Operator to join our team at Shankar Techmech. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience operating centerless grinding machines in a manufacturing environment. The role involves ensuring highquality output while maintaining machine settings and managing the production process independently.
Key Responsibilities:-
Operate Centerless Grinding Machines to ensure production output as per requirements and quality standards.

Perform machine setup and independently adjust machine settings for proper functioning.

Monitor the production process on the machine making adjustments as necessary to ensure the production of highquality components.

Handle the grinding process ensuring smooth operation and accurate product dimensions.

Use measuring instruments such as micrometers vernier calipers and other tools to inspect the components being produced.

Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials into the machine.

Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating the machine to keep it in good working condition.

Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and protocols.

Report any issues or malfunctions with the machinery to the maintenance team for timely repairs.

Minimum 1 year of experience operating Centerless Grinding Machines.

Ability to set up and independently handle the machine settings.

Proficiency in using measuring instruments (micrometers vernier calipers etc.).

Good understanding of production processes and quality standards.

Ability to work with precision and accuracy under minimal supervision.

Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Male candidates preferred due to operational requirements.
