Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision strategy and roadmap for Web 3.0 blockchain and crypto products ensuring alignment with company goals and mission.
- Define build and prioritize the product roadmap based on business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead the development of blockchain and crypto products by ensuring welldocumented prioritized user stories that meet defined acceptance criteria.
- Implement Agile methodologies manage the product backlog and contribute innovative ideas to enhance product functionality.
- Plan and conduct product demos while coordinating reviews to refine and improve the product.
- Collaborate with engineering marketing QA and business development teams to ensure seamless execution and successful product delivery.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends user needs and competitive landscapes in blockchain DeFi NFTs and crypto domains guiding product decisions.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and blockchain market data to drive product improvements and iterations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the crypto landscape including compliance security and market volatility.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop gotomarket strategies for new product launches ensuring strong market penetration.
- Utilize product metrics to track performance identify areas for improvement and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage project budgets for development and testing ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in a technologydriven environment.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and handson experience in backlog management.
- Proven track record of successfully launching B2C products.
- Experience in Fintech Web3 or Blockchain/Crypto technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA Confluence or similar software.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills capable of handling complex and ambiguous challenges.
- Ability to foster consensus and alignment among senior stakeholders.
