Job Description
Job Summary:
Maintenance Technician to support the operations of our four car wash locations. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance troubleshooting and repairing mechanical electrical and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. The ideal candidate is a selfmotivated problem solver who can work independently while effectively communicating with site managers and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on car wash equipment including conveyor systems motors pumps and water treatment systems to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
Repairs & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues with car wash equipment and related infrastructure.
Equipment Calibration: Ensure proper alignment and operation of wash equipment to deliver highquality service.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly to service calls troubleshoot equipment failures and implement quick solutions to minimize downtime.
Inventory & Supplies: Maintain a stock of necessary parts and tools ordering replacements as needed to avoid disruptions in operations.
Compliance & Safety: Follow all OSHA regulations safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Facility Upkeep: Assist with general maintenance tasks such as plumbing electrical work lighting repairs and structural upkeep at each location.
Documentation: Maintain accurate service records work orders and reports on maintenance activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 2 years in equipment maintenance automotive industrial or facilities maintenance (car wash industry experience preferred but not required).
Technical Skills: Knowledge of electrical systems pneumatics plumbing hydraulics and mechanical troubleshooting.
ProblemSolving: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
Tools & Equipment: Experience using hand tools power tools and diagnostic equipment.
Driving & Travel: Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel between the four sites.
Work Ethic: Selfstarter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs work in various weather conditions and perform tasks that require standing bending or climbing ladders.
