in a timely manner. Install and deploy new PCs Notebooks including data migration. Install all peripheral components such as printers scanners and disk drives Loads appropriate software packages such as operating systems networking components and office applications Identifies and fixes the hardware and software needed to satisfy user requirements. Assists in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users requirements Connects users to networks and provides initial training in facilities and applications Coordinates activities with network services and information systems groupsCoordinates with vendor (software/hardware) to troubleshoot issues or get the spare parts.Knowledge of Audio visual components is an added advantage. Travels between sites to perform assigned dutiesBasic Knowledge: Microsoft OfficeOffice 365Microsoft Windows 7 Pro Microsoft Windows 10 Basic PC Printer and network troubleshootingHelp Desk ticketing systemsActive Directory
