Job Description

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst & Technical Writer (AWS)
Location: Camden NJ (Hybrid role)
Experience Level: 12 years
Visa Status: USC GC EAD (No OPT)
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to document system requirements.
Analyze business processes and recommend AWSbased solutions.
Define requirements for AWSbased applications.
Support design and implementation of system workflows and automation.
Work with DevOps and engineering teams for solution alignment.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Create process flow diagrams and system architecture diagrams.
Document AWS infrastructure configurations and policies.
Produce userfriendly documentation for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Maintain and organize documentation repositories.
Maintain version control for documentation.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst Technical Writer or similar role in an AWS environment.
Familiarity with AWS services.
Understanding of cloud architecture microservices and APIs.
Proficiency in documentation and process modeling tools.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS certification.
Experience with automation tools.
Experience in regulatory compliance documentation.
