Job Description
Debt Capital Markets (DCM) is part of the investment banking division providing capitalraising services through the issuance of corporate and government bonds for clients. Typically our DCM group caters to clients that encompass investmentgrade corporations and governmental bodies. The issuance of debt stands as a means for both corporate and government entities to secure the necessary funds for supporting their ongoing operations and implementing growth and expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the DCM team in the preparation of transaction and KYC documentation during the execution of debt issuance.
- Occasional support with Business and Compliance reporting and Head office (in China) relations as requested by the department. This encompasses DCM and asset management activities.
- Admin workrelated tasks as required by the Department
Qualifications :
Desired profile:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High commitment and excellent analytical skills
- Excellent use of the MS Office Suite
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or Business Administration
- Preferably some internship experience in the areas of banking KYC and compliance or front office admin assistance roles.
- Basic knowledge of financial analysis and investment banking products
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese. French and/or German may be considered an asset.
Start date and duration:
March 2025 for 6 months.
Additional Information :
