Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Recruitment to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying the company's hiring needs, attracting top talent, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process with a strong emphasis on localizing our workforce and developing Saudi talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Needs Assessment: Collaborate closely with department managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop accurate job specifications.
Talent Attraction:
Develop creative strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing various job boards and social media platforms.
Build strong relationships with universities and colleges to encourage recruitment of Saudi graduates.
Participate in job fairs and professional events.
Recruitment Process Management:
Post job advertisements and conduct initial screening of candidates.
Evaluate candidates and select the most suitable ones for final interviews.
Conduct in-person interviews and assessments.
Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Localization:
Develop training and development programs for Saudi talent.
Build partnerships with training institutions to develop the required competencies.
Monitor the performance of new Saudi hires and provide necessary support.
Workforce Planning
Assess staffing needs: Understand the current and future staffing needs of the organization. This can involve determining which roles are critical to the organization's success and analyzing workforce gaps.
Define job requirements: Identify the skills, experience, qualifications, and competencies required for the position. This helps in creating a precise job description and attracting the right candidates.
Job Description and Specification
Create job descriptions: Develop clear and detailed job descriptions that outline the duties, responsibilities, and expectations of the role.
Define qualifications: Specify the necessary qualifications, including educational background, certifications, experience, and skills required for the position.
List key competencies: Identify the skills, personal attributes, and competencies needed for success in the role (e.g., leadership, communication, technical expertise).


Desired candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in recruitment.
In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian job market and its specific needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
Strong Arabic and English language skills.
Strong communication skills: Ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers professionally and effectively.
Attention to detail: Ensuring that job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate selection criteria are thoroughly considered and executed.
Interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, fostering a positive recruitment experience.
Problem-solving: Skill in addressing recruitment challenges, such as hard-to-fill positions or negotiating terms with candidates.
Organization and time management: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and efficiently.
Judgment and decision-making: Assessing candidates' suitability for roles based on their skills, experience, and potential fit with the organization’s culture.
Knowledge of employment laws: Familiarity with legal requirements and regulations around recruitment and hiring (e.g., equal opportunity, anti-discrimination laws).
