Job Description
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Operative Disposition mittels eines ERP Systems
- Strungsfreie Materialversorgung eines festgelegten Teilespektrums sicherstellen ggf. geeignete Korrekturmanahmen einleiten
- Terminverfolgung der bestellten Teile.
- Mndliche und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Lieferanten.
- Selbststndige Einleitung und Verfolgung von Eskalationsprozessen bei Lieferengpssen in der 1. Eskalationsstufe
- Einleitung von Sondermanahmen zur Sicherstellung der Versorgung (Bestellung bei Parts Sonderfahrt etc.)
- Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen (Logistik Montage Programmplanung Qualitt) zur Manahmenabstimmung/ Absicherung der Prozesse im Engpass
- Nachhaltige Ursachenbehebung bei Eskalationsfllen
- Implementierung von Manahmen zur Bestands und Dispositionsoptimierung
- Bei Bedarf Regressierungsprozess anstoen
- Beschaffung von Teilegruppen mit erforderlichen Sonderabwicklungen z.B. Rohteile Teile mit eingeschrnkter Bedarfsqualitt
Qualifications :
- Mehrjhrige Erfahrung im Bereich Materialwirtschaft Logistik Einkauf von Vorteil
- Stark ausgeprgte Team und Kommunikationsfhigkeit sowie Analyse Entscheidungsfhigkeit
- Hohes Ma an Eigeninitiative strukturierte zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Ma an Durchsetzungsvermgen sowie eine hohe Ziel und Performanceorientierung
- Sehr gute MicrosoftOffice Kenntnisse
- SAPKenntnisse von Vorteil
- Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
