Manager Talent Management Organizational Effectiveness - Contract

As a Manager Talent Management you will work collaboratively with Talent and business stakeholders to enhance organizational capabilities and lead talent management strategies. You will focus on designing developing and implementing Talent processes and programs aligned to our broader organizational strategic objectives driving continuous improvement in employee development performance engagement and learning.

Reporting to the Director Talent Management you will join the thoughtful advisors in the Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness (TM&OE) function who are elevating and activating global talent management practices to drive CPPIB One Fund Strategy outcomes. Your mandate within the team includes performance management potential identification succession management development planning and the Integrated Career Framework.  This is a contract opportunity.

Accountabilities

• Own the endtoend design delivery implementation and continuous improvement of one or more technologyenabled global Talent programs/processes that enhance enduser experience and advance strategic objectives including overseeing project management stakeholder management and engagement measurement etc.
• Apply advanced analytics to evaluate program/process/organizational data identify nuanced trends and insights that drive informed decision making and improve performance.
• Escalate and apply judgement to address issues challenges and risks with a balance of innovation and agility while considering impact on key stakeholders.
• Communicate portfolio performance to senior audiences with concise compelling storytelling that influences decisions and outcomes
• Lead efforts to optimize organizational development processes programs initiatives and procedures; implementing innovative solutions that enhance efficiency effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization cultivating collaborative partnerships to ensure alignment foster feedback and garner support for organizational development endeavors.
• Stay informed about emerging trends research findings and best practices in Talent Management proactively recommending innovative ideas and thought leadership to drive continuous improvement and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications :

• Undergraduate degree or college diploma in related field
• 6 years of relevant experience
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the current market vendor landscape emerging and leading global trends research and practices.
• Extensive experience in reporting and process/program management for largescale and complex programs preferably in Talent learning ED&I data/analysis or in the financial or professional services industry.
• Advanced practical experience using Microsoft Office Suite CoPilot Excel Word and PowerPoint and other relevant systems/applications (e.g. Workday Tableau LMS systems).
