Job Description
GHARAGE Vision Hub is looking for a Junior Researcher & Insights Analysts (m/f/d) who is excited about trends facts and figures and keen on designing the future of travel retail. In your role you will be part of the Vision Hub Team working closely with all team members. By identifying and analyzing emerging trends new technologies and the key drivers of change you will support us in setting the ground base for strategic decisions.
Tasks
- Conduct comprehensive research (qualitative and quantitative) on industry trends new technologies market dynamics and socioeconomic shifts
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources to support strategic decisionmaking and business development initiatives
- Assist in the preparation of research reports presentations and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather insights and provide recommendations based on research findings
- Create forwardthinking and inspirational content e.g. in the form of future impulses blog posts reports presentations whatif scenarios
- Apply research and foresight practices as well as AI tools to make your work more efficient and creative experimenting with new technologies and innovative approaches
- Prepare and support in conducting workshops on foresight and vision workshops
- Stay updated on relevant literature academic studies and emerging technologies to enhance the quality and depth of research efforts
Requirements
- Highly motivated selfinitiative and forwardthinking individual with a creative mindset fostering new ways of thinking and a curious attitude toward new technologies innovations and change
- At least a Bachelors degree (Master preferred) in a relevant field such as Business Economics Marketing Innovation Management Future Studies or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex quantitative as well as qualitative information
- Proficiency in research methodologies data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proactive attitude attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Experience with AI tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Fluent in English (verbally and in writing)
