Job Summary:
The HR Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Human Resources department by analyzing HR data improving processes and providing insights that drive strategic decisionmaking. This position involves managing HR systems tracking key HR metrics ensuring compliance with labor laws and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Data Analysis and amp; Reporting:
Collect analyze and interpret HR data related to recruitment employee performance compensation benefits and workforce planning.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics such as turnover rates employee engagement and diversity statistics.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends to optimize HR strategies.
HR Systems and amp; Technology:
Manage and maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) to ensure accurate and uptodate employee records.
Support system upgrades integrations and troubleshooting.
Train HR staff and employees on HR systems usage and best practices.
Compensation and amp; Benefits Analysis:
Conduct market research to benchmark salaries and benefits against industry standards.
Assist in compensation planning including salary structures merit increases and incentive programs.
Support benefits administration including enrollment eligibility verification and claims resolution.
Employee Relations and amp; Compliance:
Monitor compliance with local state and federal labor laws and HR policies.
Assist in policy development and ensure alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
Support employee relations initiatives including performance management and conflict resolution.
Talent Acquisition and amp; Workforce Planning:
Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g. timetofill costperhire) to optimize hiring strategies.
Assist in workforce planning by forecasting hiring needs based on business goals.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve candidate experience and recruitment effectiveness.
Training and amp; Development Support:
Assess employee training needs and recommend appropriate learning programs.
Track training participation and effectiveness using datadriven insights.
Assist in the implementation of leadership and career development programs.
HR Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and propose automation or optimization solutions.
Support change management initiatives related to HR policies and procedures.
Document and streamline HR workflows for enhanced efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
2 years of experience in HR analytics HR operations or a related role.
Proficiency in HRIS (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors Workday) and data analytics tools (e.g. Excel Power BI Tableau).
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Knowledge of labor laws compliance regulations and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SQL Python or other data analysis tools.
Certification in HR (e.g. PHR SHRMCP) or data analytics.
Experience working in a multinational or largescale organization.
Background in workforce planning talent analytics or compensation strategy.
