Job Description
Job Overview:
The State of Maine is seeking a Senior Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) modernization efforts. This role requires an expert who will provide deep technical leadership contribute to project planning and offer guidance on Medicaid Medicare Third Party Liability and claims processing. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Medicaid Enterprise Systems understanding the latest industry trends and be able to lead and train project teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Expertise: Maintain and expand knowledge of Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) and related processes.
Provide Leadership: Offer technical guidance and strategic direction to project teams.
Project Execution: Participate in project planning ensuring that outcomes align with project standards and specifications.
Training & Knowledge Sharing: Deliver training sessions to enhance team knowledge and performance on MES and claims processing.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose corrective actions.
Audit Participation: Participate in audits and reviews to ensure compliance with standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to address customer needs resolve issues and support decisionmaking processes.
