Payment Processing & Support
- Work closely with rider payment team to calculate rider pay based on agreed payout cycles
- Liaise with country finance/people teams to ensure accurate and timely payouts.
- Manage payments outside the standard system (Rooster).
- Respond to rider payment inquiries.
- Analyze pay anomalies using basic queries and rules.
- Manage payment products including reconciliation and bug identification.
- Assist in tax/audit document preparation.
Payment Optimization
- Collaborate to improve payment integrations and automate tasks for efficiency.
- Optimize processes reduce costs and manage payment risk.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Business or relevant.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in human resources administration or operations
- Welcoming fresh graduate candidates who are hungry for new challenges and learning opportunities
- A selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced environment
- Detailminded and Sensitive to numbers
- Fluency in both Written English and Chinese
