ATLAS is seeking a dedicated Childcare Supervisor to lead childcare services at the CARE Doha compound in Qatar. In this role youll manage daytoday childcare operations supervise staff and ensure a safe nurturing environment for children from diverse backgrounds. Youll play a key role in implementing ageappropriate programs while adhering to health safety and compliance standards. Your ability to adapt in a culturally rich and fastpaced environment is crucial to the success of this vital mission.

About You
Experienced in supervising childcare services or youth programs with a focus on both safety and enrichment.
A skilled leader with strong organizational and crosscultural communication skills.
Knowledgeable in child safety protocols and compliance with childcare regulations (or willing to learn).
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of childcare services including scheduling staff management and program delivery.
Maintain compliance with health and safety protocols including first aid emergency preparedness and child abuse prevention.
Engage with families to ensure the childcare program meets the needs of children from a diverse refugee population.
Key Qualifications
Required:
3 years of experience in childcare supervision early childhood education or youth services.
Red Cross Child Care Certificate or equivalent (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
Strong English communication skills.
Preferred:
Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto.
Knowledge of emergency preparedness bloodborne pathogen protocols and child abuse prevention training.
Experience in international or humanitarian childcare settings.
