Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Utilise analytical skills to interpret data from the ATS for recruitment performance measurement.
- Develop comprehensive reports to guide recruiting strategies and enhance talent acquisition.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement datadriven solutions.
ATS Optimisation
- Maintain and optimise the functionality of the ATS to meet organisational needs.
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to ensure system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to users to maximise the systems capabilities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with HR managers to understand recruitment needs and challenges.
- Facilitate communication between team members and external partners.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and recruitment to streamline processes.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with the latest trends in HR technology and data analytics.
- Propose and implement innovative ways to enhance the recruitment process using ATS analytics.
- Monitor system updates and introduce necessary adjustments to improve system performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience and Education
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Data Analytics or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ATS or HR technology systems.
- Proven track record of using data analysis to drive process improvements.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in using data analytics tools such as SQL Excel and Business Intelligence software.
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms.
- Understanding of key HR processes and compliance requirements.
Interpersonal Skills
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
