Job Description
- Position: Accounts payable
- Working day: 5 days
- Location: Jurong West Side
Job Scopes:
- Proficient in managing cash flow and ensuring financial stability.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Capable of reviewing and validating user quotations and purchase orders.
- Support the tracking and evaluation of fuel pricing trends.
- Skilled in overseeing and managing payment schedules effectively.
Requirement:
- A Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/ACCA is required.
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with ERP systems particularly Microsoft Dynamics BC is an advantage.

Main Activities:
Knowledgeable and responsible for Cash Flow Management

Qualifications / Experience:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/ACCA
At least 3 year(s) of related working experience
With knowledge of ERP system Microsoft Dynamic BC
Able to handle stress and meet deadlines
Good in Excel skill
Fast past environment
Good communication interpersonal & organizational skills
Selfmotivated highly organised able to work independently
Meticulous strong team player and has good analytical and problem solving skills
