Job Description
Process Engineer (Hybrid Onsite & Remote)
Join a dynamic team supporting warehouse management (WMS) order management (OMS) and automation systems. This role ensures smooth system operations troubleshoots issues and enhances processes for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support WMS & OMS software solutions for various projects
- Configure systems for daytoday operations
- Conduct user training and documentation
- Collaborate with IT automation teams and stakeholders
- Analyze system integration with SAP & client systems (preferred)
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
- Travel required based on client needs
Qualifications:
Experience in WMS OMS automation and process optimization
Strong problemsolving communication and project management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Understanding of warehouse operations transportation and quality systems
