Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling customer complaints.
- Performs investigations with the engineering department.
- Follows up with different departments to ensure that corrective actions are taken to resolve customers issues in a timely manner.
- Provides status updates to quality manager on work progress.
- Works proactively as part of a team to help with continuous improvements in a fastpaced work environment.
- Positive attitude and have a good rapport with team members and with other departments.
- Performance of first article inspections (FAI).
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Quality Engineering.
- 35 years of experience in in Quality Engineering for a global company.
- Must possess technical knowledge in and be interested to learn new technologies.
- Familiar with Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with investigation performance in 8D methodologies (Ishikawa 5Whys)
- Knowledge of static analysis performance.
- Basic knowledge of regulations in the aerospace domain. (AS9100 ISO 9001).
- Knowledge of ESD domain preferred.
- Ability to speak English and French.
- Knowledge of contract review performance.
- Experience with audits performance based on quality standards (AS9100 ISO 9001)
- Experience in training performance preferred.
- Knowledge of utilization of measurement tools. (Calipers Micrometers Microscopes) preferred.
