Job Description:
You will play a crucial role in extracting analyzing and visualizing data to provide actionable insights to our clients. In this role you would own the project management of our DigitalRxTM presentations including client communications and project milestone timeline tracking (from platform access and data quality assurance to deck buildout and final presentations). In addition to DigitalRxTM work you would assist with all portfolio brand onboarding while also completing ad hoc analysis in Google BigQuery and dashboard updates/optimizations in Tableau for stakeholders. The right candidate for this role possesses strong technical skills communication skills and project management experience. They are meticulous and thoughtful with an adept ability to deliver compelling data storytelling through the transformation analysis and visualization of a variety of data.
Responsibilities:
Validate transform and analyze large volumes of data from various sources for multiple brands leveraging Google BigQuery SQL and Tableau.
Own the project management of DigitalRxTM including timely and detailed timeline tracking and communication of all project milestones for each brand (working on multiple brand decks concurrently all of which would be at different stages).
Execute daily data validation and QA to ensure timely data collection and data accuracy across all DigitalRxTM dashboards and decks.
Manage new brand onboarding including data access integrity security and governance.
Assist with ad hoc data validations analysis and dashboards as requested by stakeholders.
1 years of experience providing analytical support to digital marketing or business teams and a Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Science Statistics Computer Science Mathematics Business Management Marketing Science etc...).
Proficient in SQL with at least one year of experience as an analyst or SQL training completed with 2 years of experience in a related business role (such as marketing or merchandising).
Proficient in Tableau. Professional experience or training in this tool is required.
Proficient in Excel. Experience using VLOOKUP INDEX and MATCH functions IF Statements and/or Pivot Tables is required.
Strong project management skills relevant coursework or experience is required.
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with data.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly.
Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
