Location: Work From Office Hybrid Mode

Requirements
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HighJump WMS Support Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical assistance and maintenance support for HighJump WMS solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise excellent communication skills and experience in supply chain management or logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to endusers for HighJump WMS modules and features.
- Identify troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HighJump WMS.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions.
- Develop and conduct training programs for endusers.
- Maintain and update documentation related to HighJump WMS processes procedures and configurations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of HighJump WMS with other systems.
Mandatory Skills:
- HighJump WMS technical support and troubleshooting.
- Oracle Database 11g or higher with strong experience in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Web services Alerts PLLs DFFs and modulerelated APIs.
Good to Have Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of database design and architecture (tables views procedures constraints and relationships).
- Experience with Oracle EBS applications and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Assist with testing and deployment of new software releases and updates.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in HighJump WMS technology.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Supply Chain or related field.
- Specify required years of experience in HighJump WMS support and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
