We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Head to lead and execute all aspects of our marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness generate leads and increase customer acquisition. This role requires a datadriven approach strong analytical skills and a passion for creating engaging customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies:
- Align marketing goals with overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital social media email content PR etc.).
- Track analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (ROI key metrics etc.).
- Continuously monitor industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Lead and manage all aspects of social media marketing:
- Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across all relevant platforms
- Monitor social media conversations and respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
- Track and analyse social media performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize social media advertising to reach target audiences and drive conversions.
- Drive customer acquisition and lead generation:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies (e.g. content marketing email marketing paid advertising webinars).
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion.
- Budget management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Track marketing expenses and ensure they align with budget allocations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in a marketing leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO SEM social media marketing email marketing and content marketing.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
