Job Description
Key areas of responsibility are:
- Mechanical development for new products considering functionality industrialization and costeffectiveness.
- Setting up and implementing analyses to verify the design at different stages of product development.
- Conduct reliability testing and validation of mechanical designs.
- Align deliverables and deadlines with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee the design and manufacturing of prototypes.
- Perform Failure Mode Analysis (i.e. DFMEA).
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Familiarity with Product Development tools (DFMEA and FMEA).
- Proficiency in FEA analysis tools and mechanical test strategies.
- Knowledge of materials and related manufacturing processes.
- Experience with product and material certification.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 510 years of experience in Mechanical Design.
- Proficiency in CAD software (CREO).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including injection molding sheet metal and machining.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
