Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive for a Real Estate company. The ideal candidate should have indepth knowledge of both current and past real estate trends in the Goan market. As a key member of the team you will be responsible for driving sales managing client relations and creating marketing presentations. Strong communication skills and the ability to travel to various sites and offices are essential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote properties attract potential clients and close sales deals.
- Market Knowledge: Keep up to date with current and past real estate trends in the Goan market to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
- Presentations: Draft and design compelling marketing and welcome presentations for prospective clients and customers.
- Administrative Support: Prepare marketing materials reports and proposals using MS Word MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Travel: Visit sites properties and client meetings as needed ensuring smooth and efficient travel with your own vehicle.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of the Goan real estate market trends.
- Strong communication skills in spoken English Hindi and Konkani.
- Own 2/4 wheeler for travel; vehicle running expenses will be borne by the company.
- Proficient in MS Word MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to create and deliver impactful marketing and welcome presentations.
- Age preference: 2535 years.
- Selfmotivated dynamic and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and confident demeanor.
