Experience: 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a business partner role; experience supporting customer support/customer service/contact centre teams is Preferable.

Proven ability to resolve complex employee relations issues in customer focused environments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customeroriented approach.
Analytical skills with experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
