About the Role
The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by
identifying new opportunities leading strategic initiatives and managing key client
relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in business
development and a proven track record of success.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of proposals and pitches.
- Manage and mentor junior business development staff.
- Negotiate highvalue contracts and agreements.
- Track and report on key performance indicators and sales metrics.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior Product sales experience in MSD365 or any company product.

Assist in the creation, scheduling, and execution of email marketing campaigns. Write and edit email content that aligns with brand messaging and objectives. Segment email lists based on various criteria (e.g., demographics, past behavior). Track and report on email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. A/B test email subject lines, content, and layouts to optimize campaign performance. Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging emails. Maintain email databases and ensure data integrity. Stay updated with email marketing trends, best practices, and industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
