Responsibilities:
Develop concepts and visual solutions for Food & Grocery marketing campaigns.
Create banners, POS materials, and advertising assets for stores.
Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams.
Mentor and supervise Junior Designers.
Maintain and develop the visual style of the Food & Grocery vertical according to Snoonu’s brand guidelines.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new products and activations.
Design Creation:
Create visual assets for print and digital media, including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, web banners, and more.
Design and create logos, illustrations, and infographics for branding purposes.
Produce marketing materials such as posters, ads, packaging, and product mockups.
Branding and Visual Identity:
Help develop and maintain brand identity for the company, ensuring consistency in style across all platforms (print, web, social media, etc.).
Design and refine visual elements that align with brand guidelines (fonts, color schemes, logos, and layouts).
Website and UI/UX Design (if applicable):
Design website layouts and user interfaces (UI) for better user experience (UX), keeping functionality and aesthetics in mind.
Create wireframes and prototypes for website or app designs (with UX principles).
Collaboration with Other Teams:
Work closely with marketing teams to design graphics that support campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with copywriters to incorporate text into designs in a way that is both visually appealing and effective.
2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, with experience in print materials.
Skills in photo retouching and compositing.
Experience in writing prompts for MidJourney and working with ChatGPT.
Strong understanding of branding principles, visual identity, and packaging design.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with food brands or FMCG e-commerce.
Understanding of design trends for e-commerce and product delivery services.
Graphic Design Software Proficiency:
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is essential.
Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or CorelDRAW is an advantage.
Experience with After Effects or other motion graphic tools is a bonus.
Creativity & Design Sense:
Strong creative skills, with an excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and composition.
Ability to conceptualize and execute visual designs that communicate messages effectively.
Strong eye for detail to ensure all design elements align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
Branding & Visual Identity:
Ability to design cohesive brand visuals, including logos, marketing collateral, packaging, and digital assets.
Understanding of brand guidelines and how to maintain consistency across various platforms.
