Role: Salesforce Technical Architect
Location: Sunnyvale CA (Remote)
Type: Contract
Job Description:
- Conduct research into clients use of Salesforce producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions
- Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story
- Review solutions and recommending improvement (A strategic approach to solution design) with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy
- Own the design of Salesforce and other affiliated solutions for Sales and platform solutions
- Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with stakeholders on the project
- Supervise the configuration quality assurance testing and deployment of Salesforce
- Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with Salesforce SMEs
- Act as a release manager approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments.
- Where appropriate this could include deploying change
- Provide guidance on user story writing style
Experience Required:
- Minimum 12 years of Overall experience in Salesforce and as a Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce Technical Architect
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Strong understanding of the platform with the ability to build custom apps and objects formula fields workflows flows custom views and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- Strong experience in Salesforce flows
- Strong experience in Partner Management Commercial Deals Promotion tools
Certification :
Certified in Salesforce certified administrator and Certified Technical Architect
