Job Description
Ability to build strong partnerships and exert influence at all levels within the organization through industry expertise and excellence in all aspects of communication and leadership Skilled in navigating employee relations matters and experience in conducting workplace investigations Experience supporting organizations with globally diverse cultures and geographically dispersed colleague bases Strong proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to remain agile and flexible in a matrixed People Partner model.
