Job Description
- Develop and implement a robust security operations plans aligned with NEOM Security Strategy, goals, established agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of security professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain a secure and safe environment.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential security threats to NEOM communities, tourist destinations and other operational areas.
- Implement and oversee security measures, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems, to protect people, assets, facilities, and inventory.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans, ensuring a swift and effective response to security incidents or breaches.
