The role?
- Assist in coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for personnel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Coordinate logistics for personnel movements, such as transportation, visa processing, and other requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving travel and logistics-related issues.
- Process and maintain personnel-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Keep organized records of personnel movements and generate reports as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for personnel inquiries related to travel and logistics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient coordination.
Recognized Qualifications And Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or related fields is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in administrative or logistical support roles is preferred.
- 3-5 Years as a personal assistant.
