Job Description
This is a remote position.
Requirements
Capable of managing multiple projects including planning and scheduling.
Financial acumen and experience with Finance Technology tools like Hyperion Oracle SAP Anaplan.
Skilled in organizing and leading workshops and business requirement sessions.
Experience in engaging with business stakeholders and understanding business needs.
Competency in facilitating crossfunctional Agile meetings and sprint planning.
Experience in supporting testing schedules (Regression System UAT).
Agile expertise particularly in product backlog management and collaboration with team members.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA Service Now and other Project Management tools.
Ability to independently drive results and work effectively in a team.
Experienced in leading Agile transformations at scale.
Proficient in Project Management methodologies: Agile (SCRUM, Kanban) and Waterfall. Capable of managing multiple projects, including planning and scheduling. Financial acumen and experience with Finance Technology tools like Hyperion Oracle, SAP, Anaplan. Ability to produce various project documentation for Agile and non-Agile initiatives. Skilled in organizing and leading workshops and business requirement sessions. Experience in engaging with business stakeholders and understanding business needs. Competency in facilitating cross-functional Agile meetings and sprint planning. Experience in supporting testing schedules (Regression, System, UAT). Agile expertise, particularly in product backlog management and collaboration with team members. Compliance with BSC requirements for processes and documentation. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Service Now, and other Project Management tools. Ability to independently drive results and work effectively in a team. Experienced in leading Agile transformations at scale.
