Job Description

Job Title: Vehicle Prep Technician
Location: Leicester LE3 2RE.
Salary: Basic Salary of Up to 28,000 + Uncapped Individual Time
Saved Bonus + Team Bonus + benefits (listed below) OTE 35-40k
Full Time and Permanent Choice of either 40 or 45 hours a week
Working Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturdays

They are now actively looking to recruit a Vehicle Prep Technician for their
dealership in Leicester.

Job description:

Being a Vehicle Prep Technician for our client is a fast paced and
exciting role. You will be working as part of a team to ensure
customer satisfaction and repeat business for the dealership.

Working on new and evolving technologies this is the type of role
where you will be constantly learning and expanding your
knowledge and skill set. Our client like to invest in their technicians
to ensure that they are ahead of the curve and ready to embrace
the future of the automotive industry. They want to develop you and
your career to enable you to be in charge of your future.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
  • Demonstrate ability to manage processes, administration, and
  • paperwork.
  • Have previous Automotive Technician experience.
  • Demonstrate ability to support, coach, and counsel and develop
  • colleagues and junior team members and to deliver high standards
  • of technical advice, service and maintenance to all customers.
  • Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
  • Evidence of Right to work in the UK .
