SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Representative will assist in taking phone calls from customers, making phone calls to customers to answer questions, and follow up on order status. This individual will need to learn and understand the scheduler so that they understand our order scheduling process and also assist with filing and working with Shipping to ensure orders are complete.
In This Position, You'll Have the Opportunity To:
- Order Entry into the Micola SAP System
- Assist in taking/making telephone calls to customers and/or sales reps
- Assist with taking orders via telephone and/or fax, email
- Respond to customer emails
- Check in the Scheduler to insure orders are not overscheduled daily
- Invoicing to include printing, folding, stuffing envelopes and labeling envelopes
- Working with Shipping to ensure items are shipped and paperwork is completed
- Helping to assemble Story boxes
Requirements :
What You Need to Succeed:
- Prior SAP Experience Strongly Preferred, or similar order entry skills.
- Prior experience in a call/order center dealing with customers and sales representatives preferred. This is not a call center. However, experience is helpful for this role.
- Ability to perform professionally in situations when customers become upset because of late orders or the inability to get an order when they need one.
- Excellent Computer skills Excel, Outlook and Macola preferred
- Ability to work well with others
- Strong Communications skills
- Must be able to read, write and communicate competently in English for business purposes
