Position Summary

  • The Technical Service Specialist will provide repair maintenance and customer support services for Front Line Care (FLC) products. This role ensures compliance with laws regulations and internal procedures while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform product repair and maintenance for FLC products in compliance with applicable laws regulations and internal procedures.
  • Execute standardized repair tasks primarily component replacement and functional checks.
  • Accurately record service activities and maintain proper documentation.
  • Manage spare parts inventory including stock control and ordering.
  • Respond promptly to customer and distributor inquiries providing timely and effective support.
  • Contribute to inbound and outbound activities for FLC as part of wider Services team responsibilities.
  • Monitor service contracts ensuring KPI and timeline adherence.
  • Identify and support process improvements based on operational data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Support new product launches and related service activities.
  • Provide operational data (e.g. workload case volume) for projects and reporting.
  • Participate in training sessions and share knowledge within the team.
  • Handle non-standard requests and issues with sound judgment and flexibility while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Technical background in product repair maintenance or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to follow standardized procedures.
  • Experience in inventory management and spare parts control.
  • Excellent communication skills for customer and distributor support.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
  • Problem-solving mindset with flexibility to handle non-standard requests.
  • Familiarity with service contracts KPIs and operational reporting.
