Job Summary:

Application Platform Specialist Solution ArchitectApp Platform SSAチームはKubernetes/OpenShift関連ツールおよび各種ミドルウェアソリューション分野において深い専門知識を有しその他の関連する技術分野についても一定の知識を備えた経験豊富なプリセールスエンジニアを募集しますこのポジションでは第一線でお客様と対話しビジネス課題や技術的ニーズを正しく理解した上で最適なソリューションを提示し同時にその有効性を実証することが期待されますこれらの活動を通じてSSAは営業チームが技術的な勝利(technical win)を獲得することを強力に主導します

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• OpenShiftおよび各種ミドルウェアを中心としたRed Hatのアプリケーション基盤製品に関する技術知識の習得および発信

• 営業チームと連携し顧客との対話を通じてビジネス課題や技術ニーズを明らかにしてRed Hatが提供する価値を提示する

• 製品およびソリューションに関する詳細なプレゼンテーション

• カスタマイズされたデモの実施

• 各種ワークショップおよびPoC概念実証の企画実施

• RFx提案依頼書などの書面による提案書作成の支援

Required Skills & Experiences:

• Linuxネットワークストレージおよびコンテナの基本技術に関する深い理解

• Kubernetes / OpenShift 環境におけるアーキテクチャ設計デプロイ運用トラブルシューティング等の実務経験

• 顧客のビジネス課題をヒアリングし技術的な価値へ翻訳して提案合意形成ができるコミュニケーション能力

• 新しい技術業務知識を積極的にキャッチアップし自ら調べて試すマインドセット

• 社内の階層にとらわれずオープンに意見を交換し個人の知見を惜しみなくチームやコミュニティと共有してお互いの貢献を尊重しあえる姿勢

• 基礎的な英語力(特にリーディングとリスニング)

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 各種ツールを利用したCI/CDやGitOpsなどのアプリケーション開発運用の自動化(Platform Engineering)の実践経験

• Service MeshServerlessPrometheus/Grafanaなどのクラウドネイティブ環境の運用ツールの利用経験

• AI/MLプラットフォームの構築や活用経験

• Javaなどの開発言語を用いたアプリケーション開発や関連するミドルウェアの利用運用の経験

• レガシーアプリケーションJava/WebSphere/WebLogic等からクラウドネイティブ(Quarkus/Spring Boot等)への移行モダン化の主導経験

• エッジ領域でのシステム開発や運用経験 (各種IoTシステムIT/OT連携など)
