The Role:

SeekingR&D Chemist/Chemical EngineerworkatGlobalMetrology andAnalyticalteamatYonezawaParticleLab.The candidateisresponsibleforleadingparticletesting andperformance testingfor liquidfilterproduct development and Application development.The candidatewillbe expectedmainlytooperateParticle testing instruments and filter testing tools at Yonezawa ParticleLab.The candidateisalsoexpected overseeinglabtechnician tooperateparticle testing toolsafelyworkingwith hazardous chemicals.Createowntest schedulepreparetestsamples conducttrouble shooting and create reportsfor requesters.

グローバルメトロロジーアンドアナリィティックス所属の米沢パーティクルラボにおいてR&Dケミスト化学エンジニアを募集していますこのポジションでは液体用フィルターの新製品開発および応用技術開発に向けた粒子試験およびろ過性能試験を主導していただきます
主な業務内容は米沢パーティクルラボにおける粒子試験装置およびフィルター試験装置の操作ですまた有害化学物質を取り扱う粒子測定装置を安全に運用できるようラボ技術員の監督業務も担当していただきます
そのほか試験スケジュールの立案試験サンプルの準備トラブルシューティングの実施依頼者向けのレポート作成業務も担当していただきます

In this role you will:

• Performparticletesting based on established conductfiltration testingat Yonezawa particle Lab.

• Filtration testing includeshazardous chemicaloperation.The operation must follow theruleandregulationnot only from OSHA but also Entegris rules.

• Maintain a safe laboratory environment through compliance with Entegris policies.

• Communicate results through written reports and oral presentations.

• Successfully applytest resultsintoscientific principlestheoriesand conceptsforeachproject.

• Work withProduct RD and Application engineeringfor testing.

• Participate in site Continuous Improvement activities across safety quality and efficiency.

• CreatetestSOP testplanandtest reports and other technical documents as.

• Collaborate with and support other internal functional groups as needed.

• Any other duties as assigned.

• 既定の標準試験手法に基づいた粒子試験を実施する主に米沢パーティクルラボにおいてろ過試験を実施する

• ろ過試験には有害化学物質の取り扱いが含まれるためOSHA労働安全衛生規則だけでなくEntegrisの社内規則および手順を遵守して作業を行う必要がある

• Entegrisのポリシーを遵守することで安全な実験室環境を維持する

• 書面によるレポートおよび口頭での発表を通じて試験結果をグループ内外に共有する

• 各プロジェクトにおいて試験結果を工学的原理理論概念に基づいて適切に考察する

• 新製品開発および応用技術エンジニアリングチームと連携し試験業務を行う

• 安全品質効率の観点から米沢工場における継続的改善CI活動に参画する

• 必要に応じて試験SOP試験計画書試験報告書その他の技術文書を作成する

• 必要に応じて社内の他部門と連携しその支援を行う

• その他割り当てられた業務を遂行する

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

• A bachelor orhigherdegree inChemistryor Chemical Engineeringmust

• 5-10years of lab experience using analytical equipment w/ equipment knowledge and troubleshooting skillspreferred.

• Hands on experienceandthoroughknowledgeforhazardous chemicalsmust.

• Prior experience working incleanroomenvironment preferred.

• Prior experience Microsoft office preferred.

• Ability to clearly communicate technical information and ideas to internal and external audiences.

• Strong written and verbal communicationskills must.

• Strongpersonnelteam building skills.Good Team player.

• Well organized.

• Primarily in the laboratory occasionally in manufacturing process areas that may include a clean room environment.

• GoodEnglish communication skillpreferred and willing to learn must.

• 化学または化学工学分野における学士号以上を有していること必須

• 分析機器を使用した510年程度のラボ実務経験を有し各種分析装置製造装置に関する経験知識およびトラブルシューティング能力があれば尚可

• 有害化学物質を取り扱う業務経験および十分な知識を有していること必須

• クリーンルーム環境での勤務経験があれば尚可

• Microsoft OfficeWordExcelPowerPoint等の使用経験があれば尚可

• 社内外の関係者に対して技術的な情報や考えを明確に伝える能力を有していること

• 優れた文書作成能力および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力を有していること必須

• チームビルディング力が高く協調性のあるチームプレーヤーであること

• 整理整頓能力が高いこと

• 主な勤務場所は実験室であるが必要に応じてクリーンルーム環境を含む製造プロセスエリアでの業務が発生する場合がある

• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力があれば尚可あわせて学習意欲があること
