主な業務内容

障害特性を考慮の上以下のいずれか1つの業務を中心にその業務に付随する関連業務をご担当いただきます

次世代メモリDRAMの設計開発新しい回路技術の開発やより小さなメモリチップ面積の実現信頼性確保動作速度向上消費電力低減を実現する設計開発
2Dの電子回路をICとしてシリコンウェハ上に実現するためデザインツールを用いて個々の素子を配置しまたは素子間を配線で接続した3Dの回路パターンのデザイン
試作のウェハやチップを専用テスタを用いて各種機能スピード消費電力動作電圧などの項目を評価します改善点をプロセスや設計にフィードバックし顧客ニーズにこたえる製品づくりに貢献など
